Succulents are by far the kinds of plants that I do best caring for. Plus, they’re all pretty cool looking. There are so many varieties with so many different forms and textures. I think they’re the bees knees.

My mother-in-law thinks so as well. She is an avid collector of all things succulents. This week’s painting is based off of a photo I took at her house awhile back. I was focusing on form and the various angles of the plant’s surface area. Enjoy!
